Brooks is a company that makes the best running gear on the planet. If you are a keen runner, you probably already know this. But if you’re a more casual runner, you're probably less familiar with the brand. And this is exactly why Brooks brought in Big M earlier this summer.
We developed an insight-led Marketing strategy to help Brooks broaden its appeal beyond dedicated runners. Through qualitative and quantitative research into the consumer decision journey, we uncovered insights into the shopping behaviours of both audiences. This enabled us to develop a highly focused Marketing strategy which will make Brooks Marketing more effective.
Given the importance of integration, it is essential that every single touchpoint is aligned with this new strategy. Which is why Brooks has asked Big M to lead its roster of Marketing agencies to ensure the strategy is consistently brought to life. In addition to overseeing the integrated Marketing communications plan, Big M will be responsible for developing the PR and Social Media activities for Brooks across Europe.
